My Journey: From 40 kg Overweight to Fit, Strong, and Helping Others 💪

Hello, I'm Antonino, and I want to share something personal with you.

For years, I struggled with my weight. I was obese, low on energy, and frustrated by failed diets and short-term solutions. I tried everything — shakes, meal plans, even starvation — but nothing gave me real, lasting results.

Until one day, I made a decision:
"If no one can fix this for me… I'll learn how to do it myself."

I began studying nutrition like my life depended on it. I read books, watched documentaries, and followed experts. I learned how food truly affects the body — not just for weight loss, but for long-term health and energy. I also dove deep into fitness training, trying to understand what truly builds muscle and burns fat.

That's when I discovered the 5x5 Strength Training Routine — made famous by legends like Reg Park (one of Arnold Schwarzenegger's early inspirations). It's a simple but powerful concept:

  • 5 sets of 5 reps

  • Focus on heavy compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench press

  • Train 3 times per week, allowing rest for recovery and muscle growth

  • Progressively increase weights over time for constant results

This routine was a game-changer for me. Combined with the right supplements and a personalized nutrition plan, the transformation started to happen — fast.
