That's when I made a decision: I became my own experiment.

I immersed myself in the science of nutrition, testing different eating strategies until I found what worked. But transformation didn't stop in the kitchen — I also took charge of my training.

I began with the legendary 5x5 strength training routine, made famous by Reg Park. It helped me build a strong foundation of power and muscle, while continuing to melt away fat.
